About the Role For the right individual, there is also scope to explore a Multi-Site Manager opportunity , overseeing both the standalone and concession locations within Chatswood Chase - an exciting career step for an experienced leader ready to take on a broader portfolio. Training will begin immediately in Sydney CBD stores, ensuring you're set up for success ahead of the Chatswood opening. Key Responsibilities Lead, inspire, and develop your team to deliver exceptional service. Drive sales and exceed store performance targets. Build strong client relationships and maintain high standards of styling and service. Oversee daily operations, including rostering, stock, and visual merchandising. Coach and mentor emerging leaders within your team. Collaborate with senior retail leaders to implement brand strategy and achieve results.
